Returns & Refund Policy

The Edits Co

At The Edits Co, all of our gifting items, invitations, and event stationery are custom-made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask that all customers review their details carefully before placing an order.


Cancellations & Change of Mind

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind, even if production has not yet begun. Materials are often sourced shortly after your payment is received, and time is allocated to your booking immediately.


Modifying Order Quantities

  1. You may increase your order quantity before production begins by paying the price difference.
  2. Partial refunds are not available if you reduce your order quantity after your order has been confirmed.

This applies to both gifting products and stationery/invitation orders.


Proofing & Approval (Invitations & Stationery Only)

For all custom invitations and stationery, we provide digital proofs for your review prior to production.

  1. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all text, spelling, grammar, layout, and design details before approving the final proof.
  2. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
  3. The Edits Co is not responsible for any errors that appear in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.

If reprinting is required due to an approved error, all associated costs including reprint and shipping will be charged to the client.


Personalised Gifting Orders

All gifting products—including candles, diffusers, coasters, keepsake boxes, religious or cultural favours, and monogrammed accessories—are made to order and are non-refundable.

Personalisation details are followed exactly as submitted. Please ensure all names, spellings, dates, and wording are correct at the time of placing your order, as no changes can be made once your order is confirmed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

All orders are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch using protective materials such as bubble wrap, sleeves, and reinforced boxes.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, The Edits Co is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur in transit.
