Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a review of the items you have received.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Inviteedits@gmail.com with photos and order details so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
This must be completed within 5 days of your item being delivered to be eligible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, custom, personalised, or made-to-order items (including bespoke stationery, personalised signage, and custom gifts) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
